A track record

TSL has been delivering training to industry for more than 20 years. As a division of Tritec Systems, our initial focus was on providing training alongside our main business, serving the automation industry. Nowadays, TSL provides a far wider range of training across all types of business, at all levels, through our Enterprise portfolio.

TSL’s experience means we have a course covering just about any hardware or software problem, and any business issue, from basic IT to wider business disciplines, including  sales training, personal coaching and motivational speaking. We are not limited to a particular brand or type of training approach.

And we can accommodate training, whether on your site or at our dedicated training facility, for any type of industry sector, from manufacturing to service industries, from automotive to petrochemical, food & beverage to marketing.

What do you need?

TSL’s approach is always to start out by helping you to analyse just what training you need.

Many clients start with our Training Needs Analysis – a free service that quickly establishes levels of competence within your staff, and defines those in need of assistance to help them improve. We then recommend either off the shelf courses, or help tailor an approach to suit your exact needs.

It’s not just something we do at the outset. It’s a great way of reviewing skills as tasks change and staff transfer, giving support to HR teams in defining individual training needs and developing a training strategy – we call this roadmap an individual learning & development plan.

Our approach ensures we add maximum value – and you only spend money on clearly targeted training that will really help individuals and teams improve their productivity.

Flexible delivery

TSL delivers training using its own core team, augmented by hand selected, qualified instructors from our network of approved trainers. We can work at your premises, or at our own dedicated training facility in Hampshire, with four dedicated classrooms and a conference facility that can accommodate up to 25 people.
