TSL’s history with the SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) arena extends far back to the days of bespoke applications on long forgotten operating systems like Unix. We have been providing training for visualisation platforms since the late 1980’s when companies like Siemens had their SCADIX software and names like Factory-Link occupied pole position around the world.

Nowadays we are all familiar with brands like iFix, Cimplicity, Citecht and of course WinCC or RSView. In recent years the big plc manufacturers have either taken over big SCADA companies like GE Fanuc with iFix, or made huge investments in developing their own very powerful SCADA platforms like RSView 32 from Rockwell Automation or WinCC from Siemens. The biggest demand for SCADA training at TSL comes from the likes of iFix, WinCC, RSView and MX32 (laterly MX4) from Mitsubishi.
